CRM Integration

Sharepoint integration approach

To ensure a seamless integration of your SharePoint on-premises or SharePoint Online deployment with third-party server and cloud solutions, our development team applies a variety of methods and tools.

1. Integration via Business Connectivity Services (BCS).We use BCS to enable trouble-free data flows between SharePoint and external data sources. For example, by leveraging BCS, we help companies to use data from external databases or data-abundant systems (BI, ERP, ITSM, etc.) right in SharePoint. By coupling BCS with custom solutions and development tools, such as SharePoint Designer, we address complex integration scenarios.
2. API-based integrations.We handle both server-based and client-based SharePoint integrations by leveraging available APIs, including server OM APIs, Silverlight client OM APIs, .NET client OM APIs, JavaScript APIs and REST API to enable third-party web applications to interact with SharePoint in a consistent manner, as well as to enable a free interaction of systems supporting RESTful services with SharePoint.
3. Hybrid integrations.We utilize hybrid APIs to set smooth business processes managed within Microsoft on-premises and cloud applications simultaneously.
